Sci-fi colony-building game for PC
Space for Sale is a premium simulation game for PC coming from developer Mirage Games Studios. It's a sci-fi-themed base-building simulator set in the far reaches of space. Players will be traversing through the solar system as interplanetary real estate agents in search of prime locations to pitch to their alien clientele.
Compared to games like Manor Lords or Norland, Space for Sale takes on a more casual approach with its humorous themes and cartoon-like visuals that contribute to its playful nature. New players can try the demo version out to get a sense of what the gameplay is like.
Interstellar realtors
In Space for Sale, you are basically a space realtor catering to the needs of your diverse alien clientele. They have quite discerning tastes, so you will scout the entire solar system in search of prime locations and land. Land on various planets to conduct ocular inspections to determine if they have the potential to be transformed into the next home or commercial space.
However, these unknown locations are not always so inviting, so you will need to be equipped to defend yourself from hostile creatures and harsh conditions. Collect resources to be able to construct gadgets and devices, and establish a base to serve as shelter and point of operations. Study wild flora and fauna, and upgrade your gear accordingly as you explore multiple unique biomes.
The game also features two-player co-op gameplay that lets you team up with a friend to double your chances of success. Share resources, expand your base, and face enemies together to develop a land that will meet your client's expectations. Before diving in, just know that the game is still in Early Access. As such, the game is not yet complete and development is ongoing.
